Session details

At the beginning of CAD/CAM chairside in the early 1990ies there was only one feldspathic ceramic material (Vitabloc Mark II ceramic) available, the clinical indication was limited to inlays and partial crowns.

For the clinical CAD/CAM chairside application, meanwhile we have a huge variety of different bloc materials available on the market, as there are glass ceramic, zirconium di-oxide ceramic, hybrid ceramic and composite blocs.

All above mentioned aspects as well as the workflow and all clinical indications (inlay, partial crown, crown, anterior, implant planning/reconstruction) will be discussed in the presentation.
