Dr. Daniel Butterman is a 1994 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He also is a graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute, a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a member of PEERS. Dr. Butterman is an advanced CEREC trainer and Resident Faculty at CDOCS.com. He is a hardware and software Beta tester for Dentsply Sirona CAD/CAM and Dentsply Sirona Implants. Dr. Butterman maintains a general practice in Centennial, Colorado with an emphasis on implant and digital dentistry.
Dr. Skramstad is a 2000 graduate of the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry. He is a certified advanced CEREC trainer and has lectured internationally on technology, implantology and digital dentistry. Dr. Skramstad is an Alpha/Beta tester for Dentsply Sirona and enjoys working closely with the engineering team to help with hardware/software development. A product consultant for multiple dental companies, he has the pleasure to test and evaluate many products prior to market launch and has published numerous articles on materials and CAD/CAM. Dr. Skramstad is a resident faculty member at cdocs.com, a nationally renowned website and continuing education center based out of both Scottsdale, AZ and Charlotte, NC. He also maintains a successful restorative practice in Orono, MN focusing on Esthetic, Implant and CAD/CAM Dentistry.
Chris is a laboratory Ambassador for Dentsply Sirona in Australia and is the owner of a boutique dental laboratory outside Melbourne, specialising in crown, bridge and implant restorations. As an early adopter of CAD/CAM dental technology, he has progressed in accordance with its evolution to what is has become today.
With years of experience in complex implant and highly aesthetic cases, Chris strongly believes in educating and supporting others in the dental community to add value to the strength of the industry for now and the future. Over the years, he has facilitated many technicians and clinicians alike in the development of their own digital skillsets by way of hands on instruction and presenting both domestically and internationally.
Takashi Sumi DDS, PhD acquired dentist license in 1997 and continued to study prosthetic dentistry. Currently, he is private practice at the Sumi Dental Office, Avanti Implant Center. His research focused on the importance of the abutment between an implant and the restoration equipment. Dr. Sumi has given lectures internationally and was awarded for the best presentation at the Academy of Osseointegration, 2013 where he serves as a Fellow currently. He assumes Astra Tech Implant System EV ambassador in Japan since 2017.
As a well-known and passionate educator, researcher and innovator in dental sleep medicine, Dr. Charkhandeh has lectured at numerous national sleep meetings around the world, such as AASM & AADSM Annual Meetings (USA), CSS Annual Meeting (Canada), iBEDSMA Annual Meeting (Belgium), NVTS Annual Meeting (Netherlands), DGZS Annual Meeting (Germany) and many more dental meetings across the globe. He is the recipient of the “2012 & 2015 Clinical Research Award” and “2015 Clinical Excellence Award” from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Charkhandeh received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree and Bachelor of Medical Sciences from the University of Alberta, Canada. He then furthered his education and training by completing a research fellowship in the area of “Sleep and Dental Sleep Medicine” at the University of Antwerp Hospital (UZA), in Antwerp, Belgium, where he is currently working on his PhD thesis in sleep medicine.
Doctor R. Molinari obtained his diploma as a dental technician in 1986; subsequently he obtained his degree in dentistry and dental prosthetics with honors from the University of Bologna (Italy) in 1993. After having trained with the most notable experts in modern dentistry, he specialized in periodontology, implantology and aesthetic prosthetics. He holds courses for odontologists on the correct use of CAD/CAM techniques on natural teeth and implants. He is an active member of the board of PEERS, international Key Opinion Leader for Dentsply Sirona, and Zeiss about respectively CAD- CAM and Micro-Dentistry. He lives in Mantova (Italy) where he has his own dental clinic.

Dr Lawrence Lau graduated with Honours from Sydney University, Australia in 1997. He is in private practice in Sydney with a strong focus on digital, cosmetic, implantology and dental lasers.
With more than 15 years of experience with the Cerec system. He is an international trainer, speaker and KOL for cerec and CBCT for Dentsply-Sirona, having trained hundreds of dentists across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Indonesia.
He is also the founder of Cerec-files, one of the oldest and most active Cerec Facebook groups. He is an avid advocate for CadCam dentistry being in the forefront of advancement on the profession.
Dr. Hsuan Chen started as an engineer with a degree from the University of Toronto in Canada. Somewhere along the way he made the decision to join the dark side that is dentistry, and he now has a masters in prosthodontics and specializes in anterior aesthetics with CADCAM restoration. Hsuan's clinical work involves predominantly one-visit treatments with innovative approaches, and some of his cases have been showcased alongside his lectures in more than a dozen countries in the past few years. Hsuan is also part of CEREC Asia, the largest digital dentistry training center in the region, where he is also the primary researcher and lecturer for the dental aesthetics program. He has personally trained hundreds of clinicians and dental technicians, as well as dental students in his undergraduate course on digital dentistry at National Yang Ming University, where he is also super behind on his PhD thesis.
Dr Gerhard Werling, who is based in Bellheim near Landau/Pfalz(Germany), trained as a dental technician before studying dentistry in Frankfurt. Together with his sister, Ursula Werling, he leads a state of the art practice that specializes in implantology and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Ehrlich elevates his patient care by the digital components of his practice and years of experience of hand-making his own ceramics. Dr. Ehrlich has lectured extensively on CAD/CAM technologies and has developed one of the premiere training programs for chairside CAD/CAM dentistry: Digital Enamel. He is a Master CEREC Trainer for DentsplySirona. He is a beta tester for the CEREC system and multiple CAD/CAM materials.

Dr Nitish Surathu is a former Associate Professor of Periodontics who currently practices dentistry in Gisborne, New Zealand. He completed his BDS in 1991 and went on to complete a MDS in Periodontics in 1994. He is, by examination, an accredited Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is also a Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has lectured around the world on periodontics and dental implants and continues to be actively involved with hands on courses. Dr Surathu served on the Executive Council of the Asian Pacific Society of Periodontology for over a decade and is currently a Director with the ACE Institute in New Zealand.
Dr. Mohamed Hassanien graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dentistry from Misr University for Science & Technology in Egypt in 2002. He graduated with a Master of Science degree in Fixed Prosthodontics, From Cairo University in 2008. Later in 2011, he had completed his PHD degree in Fixed Prosthodontics from Cairo University.

Dr. Michael Tsao is the founder of CEREC Asia Training Center, the only Dentsply-Sirona certified training facility in Asia. As a CEREC Beta-Tester and primary lecturer, Michael and his team of dentists are passionate proponents of education for digital dentistry. Julián obtained his DDS from the Universidad Latina, Costa Rica in 2005, and then completed training as a prosthodontist at Universidad Intercontinental, Mexico in 2008. Dr. Kristine Aadland has an energy and excitement for life that is seen by all who have met her. Raised in Vancouver, Washington, Dr. Aadland attended dental school at Oregon Health & Sciences University, and graduated in 2006 with Clinical Honors. After associating for a few years, she then built out her dream practice in 2009. Dr Aadland chose to differentiate herself in a competitive market by utilizing the best technology available for greater efficiency and patient comfort.
